Who Can Apply and Requirements

6. Household  income is a consideration.  Irrespective of the amount, income of members of household should be indicated in the application form.  A copy of the previous year's income tax return of main earners is required.  If not required to file income tax, a certification  from the appropriate authorities; such as a barangay captain or school official,  will suffice. 

7.  Consideration will be given to written testimonials(s) or letter(s) of recommendation by the school's appropriate authorities or by the barangay captain of the candidate's school and community involvement, and his/her needs, competencies and potential.

8.  A personal, one-page essay (in the candidate's own words) is required.  Please include reason(s) for taking the indicated course, and description/explanation of goals.  Additionally please explain how the family survives with the household income indicated in the form if less than the national poverty line.

9. Attach a passport size (2"x2") photo.

What To Expect After Submitting Your Scholarship Application Form:

The selection process will take approximately a month.  The Foundation's panel will verify attachments, evaluate content and ensure the best candidates are pre-screened for interviews. 

Virtual interviews of candidates will be scheduled, and successful candidates will be contacted to receive scholarship funds.
